Job description

ADP's Compliance Solutions is hiring an Area Product Leader focusing on WorkMarket and R&D Tax Credit solutions. In this position you will be responsible for the creation and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to drive sales through the Field and Channel sales organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Champion and interface between sales management and other functional ADP groups (business operations, implementation, marketing, finance, etc.).
  • Assist in creating and refining the sales strategy for your assigned solutions, including product messaging, sales playbook, and sales assets (content, collateral). Coordinating efforts with Product, Marketing and the Business.
  • Execute the product sales strategy for field sales.
  • Drive sales to meet the assigned product sales quotas.
  • Deliver upon strategies to activate ADP Sales Channels and Resources across BU's as needed.
  • Champion the sales readiness and GTM efforts.
  • Acts as the sales liaison to ADP Alliances and overall ecosystem
  • Acts as the sales liaison to Sales Operations
  • Acts as the sales liaison to Marketing.
  • Assists in creation of sales messaging and deployment for ADP Sales and Partners.
  • Assist with product sales education and coordinates training efforts relative to product sales.
  • Create and deploy industry knowledge.
  • Drive involvement of channel partners in sales process with sales leadership through periodic reviews with focus on: activity Standards and referral activity (inbound/outbound lead flow), partner updates and campaigns
  • Deliver market facing presentations leveraging technology along with industry and product knowledge.
  • Drive market adoption in trade shows and client events as needed.
  • Communication: Provide progress update to Sr. Sales Leadership.
  • Provide robust feedback to the product team, including competitive intelligence, client/prospect/sales input, etc.
  • 50% travel required, including overnights as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • 6 + years' experience in a product or channel marketing position or sales, sales operations or sales leadership experience in a wide geographic area.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Working closely with technology and product teams as a partner.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally is essential.
  • Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment is necessary.
  • Must be a strong team player
