Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced, independent Paycom Specialist to help a key client fully implement, clean up, and maximize their investment in the Paycom platform. The ideal consultant will audit the current configuration, streamline underutilized modules, build custom workflows, and train internal staff. This is a hands-on technical and functional role focused on driving full platform adoption and operational efficiency.
Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
Audit Setup: Review current payroll configuration, General Ledger (GL) tracking, and employee profile data structure to identify gaps or errors.
Resolve Inefficiencies: Correct data mapping errors and clean up historical records to ensure a stable foundation for advanced features.
Feature Deployment: Configure and launch underutilized Paycom modules
Workflow Automation: Optimize the end-to-end employee lifecycle within Paycom, eliminating manual workarounds outside the system.
Tailor Operations: Design and build complex time-card profiles, shift differentials, and scheduling rules tailored to the client's operational policies.
Advanced Analytics: Create custom HR and payroll reports, custom fields, and executive dashboards to improve data-driven decision-making.
