Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting
    ย โ€ข Manage end-to-end recruiting for a broad range of positions, with emphasis on difficult-to-fill, niche, and manager- to senior-level roles across multiple industries
    ย โ€ข Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean search, networking, and referrals
    ย โ€ข Coordinate and facilitate one-way video interviews through SparkHire; provide clear candidate guidance and timely hiring manager feedback
    ย โ€ข Manage requisition workflows and applicant tracking in Paycom ATS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and current status across all open roles

  • Candidate & Client Experience
    ย โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process
    ย โ€ข Conduct structured phone screens and competency-based interviews; provide thorough evaluation summaries for hiring teams
    ย โ€ข Maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and anticipated openings across multiple functional areas

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    ย โ€ข Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates

ย โ€ข Hands-on experience with Paycom ATS for requisition management, candidate tracking, and reporting
ย โ€ข Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search
ย โ€ข Experience using Juicebox or comparable AI-powered talent intelligence platforms
ย โ€ข Experience administering one-way video interviews through SparkHire or comparable platform
ย โ€ข Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent Evetteโ€™s brand with professionalism
ย โ€ข Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
ย โ€ข High degree of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
