Delivery Driver – Swift Route Logistics LLC

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19.50 – $22.00/hour
Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts), various start times available

Swift Route Logistics LLC is a locally owned Delivery Service Partner operating in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. We deliver smiles to customers' doorsteps every day with a team-first culture and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to residential and commercial customers along a pre-planned route using a company-branded vehicle. No CDL required!

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle (cargo van)
  • Deliver 250–300 packages per shift across a designated route
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
  • Use a handheld device to scan packages and navigate routes
  • Communicate professionally with customers when needed
  • Load and organize packages at the start of each shift
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each route

What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Prior delivery experience is a plus but not required — we provide full training!
