Full Time Paycom Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Paycom is interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of the building and facilities. They collaborate as part of a team to create a comfortable and positive work environment, contributing to the workplace experience. RESPONSIBILITIES- Assumes responsibility for cleaning facilities as directed.- Cleans facility floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them. - Gathers and empties trash containers. - Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.- Cleans windows, glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees, using both step and extension ladders.- Dusts furniture, walls, cubicles, machines and equipment.- May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.- Cleans and services restrooms.- Assumes responsibility for assisting with waste disposal and room preparation in Café/Cafeteria.- May clean plates and put dishes into washing machine.- May add ice to soft drink dispenser.- Regular attendance as required- Performs other duties as assignedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification:- High School graduate or GED preferred Experience:- 1 year of custodial or related experienceSkills/Abilities:- Cooperative and willing to work with others- Employee-friendly attitude- Ability to follow directions- Must be able to work independentlyPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
