Job description

OFFICE MANAGER – Hybrid Admin + HR Support
LOCATION: Scottsdale – 3 Days In-Office/2 Days Remote
ROLE SUMMARY
Manages day-to-day office operations and supports core HR processes, keeping workflows efficient and the employee experience positive.
KEY RESPOINSIBILITIES
  • Manage front office operations (visitors, mail)
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors (facilities, IT, maintenance)
  • Maintain filing systems and records, including expense tracking and invoice processing
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation, support benefits administration, and help ensure policy compliance
  • Lead “Culture Club” - organize and coordinate team activities, lunches, holiday celebrations, and special occasions
  • General assistance to staff when needed
  • Support ad hoc requests
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–5 years’ experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Exposure to HR processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Confidentiality, ability to prioritize, professional courtesy, solid judgment. Self-starter/motivated, follow through on tasks and projects, and team player for our fun environment.
