Job description

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end Unanet software implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive project artifacts and internal documentation to support project execution and knowledge sharing
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and proactively to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify, monitor, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to drive the successful implementation of strategic client project
  • Manage and deliver multiple tiers of client implementations and diverse project types, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction
Your First 90 Days

In your first 30 days, you'll complete orientation, meet the team, and begin building a strong foundation for success. You'll learn about our products through Unanet University, become familiar with internal tools such as Monday.com, Confluence, and Unanet, shadow kickoff, status, and closeout calls across multiple customer engagements, and partner with your manager to develop a personalized training plan.

By day 60, you'll continue progressing through your training while taking on more ownership. You'll attend training sessions and webinars, begin updating project plans, forecasts, and project documentation with the support of an assigned mentor, manage project budgets and forecasts, complete change orders as needed, and achieve a 10% billable utilization target.

By day 90, you'll be leading your own customer implementations from kickoff through closeout, including project scheduling, status communications, forecasting, scope and change management, and overall project delivery. You'll own the project management relationship for your assigned engagements while maintaining budgets and forecasts and achieving a 25% billable utilization target.

Before You Apply

To be successful in this role, candidates must have experience in the following:

  • Active PMP certification issued by PMI
  • Customer-facing Time & Materials (T&M) software implementations, including ownership of project budgets and revenue forecasting
  • Managing a high-volume portfolio of approximately 40+ concurrent customer implementation projects
  • Enterprise SaaS implementations, preferably ERP or other highly configurable systems of record (e.g., Accounting, HCM, SIS, CRM)
Who You Are (Required Experience)
  • 5+ years managing enterprise SaaS implementations supporting highly configurable business systems (e.g., ERP, Accounting, HCM, SIS, CRM, or similar systems of record), including cross-functional planning, data migration, integrations, testing, end-user readiness, and successful go-live execution
  • Demonstrated experience managing Time & Materials (T&M) software implementation projects including project budgeting, revenue forecasting, resource planning
  • PMP certified, demonstrating a strong foundation in industry-recognized project management principles
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, with the ability to apply best practices across a variety of projects
  • Proven track record of developing, executing, and managing detailed implementation plans in collaboration with clients
  • Exceptional ability to engage and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated success managing a high-volume portfolio of approximately 40 or more concurrent customer implementation projects while maintaining quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery commitments.
  • Growth mindset and strong focus on customer outcomes, with the ability to lead projects in a way that advances adoption, business value, and long-term customer success
