Technical Implementation Consultant

Finario

Stamford, CT • Hybrid

Full-time

Posted 29 days ago

Job description

Finario is a fast-growing, profitable SaaS company providing intelligent capital planning and portfolio strategy solutions to leading industrial enterprises worldwide. A few numbers worth knowing:

  • Revenue is strong and accelerating:  Real sustainable growth, not a story built on burn rate

  • Purpose-built product:  Finario is one of the first platforms built specifically for enterprise Capex.  True specialist focus in one category

  • Trusted by billion-dollar enterprises: Notable clients include Amway, Bausch + Lomb, and Sephora; all run their capital planning on Finario

  • Investing in innovation: Finario has built its own purpose-built AI (Finario Predict) for capital project forecasting and benchmarking, so you'd be joining a product team that's actively pushing the category forward, not maintaining a legacy tool

  • High-stakes work: this is core infrastructure for finance and ops leaders, not a nice-to-have.  Our platform directly shapes how enterprises decide where to put hundreds of millions of dollars in capital investment

About the role

The Finario Customer Success and Implementation team drives awareness, implementation, and adoption of the Finario solution, working alongside product, sales, and engineering. Technical Implementation Consultants help implement and support users of the Finario application by responding to functional and technical queries, consulting on capital investment best practices, and helping customers get the most out of the platform to improve Capex management and drive better business results.

We're looking for a highly driven, results-driven Technical Implementation Consultant to play a crucial role in Finario's customer success and implementation functions while building strong, lasting customer relationships. This is a hybrid role with 4 days in our new Stamford office.   Fully funded parking (or hop the train, we're right across the street).

Responsibilities

  • Implementation: collaborate with Finario customers to define and implement new configuration requirements during onboarding, and manage implementations through steady-state use

  • Provide high-quality support: help end-users with application questions and resolve problems in a friendly, timely manner

  • Training:  improve existing training materials and tools to help customers, internal team members, and partner resources learn the Finario platform, from implementation through everyday use

  • Serve as a solution expert: educate users on the software platform

  • Optimize customer application usage: drive adoption and effective use of Finario to optimize Capex management and improve business results for customers

  • Client relationship management:  serve as the main point of contact, building deeper, value-driven relationships with customers

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of work experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Technical skills connecting to and building reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake)

  • API connectivity and querying (Open, RESTful)

  • Self-starter who can own the ongoing success of both large and small customers

  • Detail-oriented with a strong track record of follow-through

  • Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to help people

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous SaaS, ERP, EPM and/or consulting experience

  • Understanding of financial and investment concepts (budgeting, planning, ROI, NPV) in a capital-intensive industrProven track record of establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to customers

  • Previous experience in an implementation and/or customer success capacity

  • Previous experience developing and delivering training materials

  • Exposure to deadline-driven environments using project management tools

  • Enthusiasm for using and explaining the benefits of cloud technologies

  • Sense of humor

What’s in it for you

  • Work with an established enterprise customer base, not a scrappy startup book with high churn risk

  • Learn enterprise Capex planning inside a proven SaaS platform

  • Direct partnership in a small team where you're not one of 50 CSMs

  • Competitive total rewards package

  • The little things matter: Fully funded parking (or hop the train, we're right across the street), fully stocked kitchen, stunning modern office space

Employment Type: FULL_TIME
