Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for retail and strong leadership skills.
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and administrative tasks
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure timely replenishment
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform retail math calculations to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and implement effective inventory control procedures
