COCC is seeking a Conversion Representative to support financial institution conversions to the COCC INSIGHT platform, serving as a trusted application and process expert throughout the transition. This role works closely with banking systems, databases, vendor interfaces, and client data to ensure accurate, successful conversions.

What you'll do...
  • Coordinates all aspects of client conversions targeting satisfaction of Mission Excellence goals:
  • Uses the conversion guide and standardized templates to complete the following Deposit related tasks
  • Performs analysis of existing system for conversion to the COCC INSIGHT system
  • Interviews client regarding existing Deposit product usage and functionality
  • Implements outside vendor interfaces required.
  • Testing all of conversion related data, transactions, products, and reports
  • Following established procedures, creates System Options, Branch Operations and product information in database
  • Completes batch set up requirements using standard conversion templates.
  • Works with conversion analyst on data specification requirements
  • Coordinates specification questions between client and conversion analyst
  • Documents all client communications regarding decisions made to data spThansk ecifications and product validations.
  • Translates and explain technical information, concepts and requirements in user friendly language
  • Update and document processes and procedural changes to interfaces with third party vendors for clients

What you'll bring...
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years of banking experience in a back-office or Deposit operations environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging client interactions professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze information and provide clear conclusions and recommendations
  • Familiarity with data specification requirements and database-driven systems
  • Experience translating technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
  • Knowledge of financial services applications and database query tools
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfort handling confidential customer information (NPCI)
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with some weekend, off-hours, and extended-hour requirements

Salary range for this role is $61,193-$82,805 per year
