Role Description
The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the successful onboarding of new employer groups onto Oxbridge Health's Episode based benefit plans, across both direct and indirect sales channels. This includes direct sales to employers-where Oxbridge Health implements the benefit directly with the employer group-as well as indirect sales to employers through Episode Advantage Inside, where the implementation is delivered in partnership with other health plans and third-party administrators (TPAs). This role serves as the primary project manager during the implementation phase, coordinating across internal teams, external partners, employer clients, and partner health plans and TPAs to ensure a smooth transition from sale to active coverage.
The Implementation Manager ensures that benefit plans, eligibility data, enrollment processes, vendor integrations, and portals are accurately configured and operational prior to the group's effective date.
This role requires a self-starter with a natural curiosity, strong initiative, and the ability to quickly learn, problem-solve, thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple implementations simultaneously without sacrificing deadlines or quality.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of new employer groups enrolling in the organization's benefit programs.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of health plans and TPA clients in regards to Oxbridge Health's Episode Advantage Inside program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding and implementation phases-for direct employer clients, and for partner health plans and TPAs implementing through Episode Advantage Inside.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings with employers, partner health plans and TPAs, guiding all stakeholders through implementation timelines and requirements.
  • Tailor the implementation approach to the sales channel, recognizing the differing roles, systems, and handoffs in direct employer implementations versus indirect implementations via Episode Advantage Inside.
  • Develop and manage implementation plans to ensure timely and accurate group setup.
  • Conduct or support open enrollment education for new members
  • Review plan design documentation and ensure accurate setup within administrative systems.
  • Confirm eligibility structures and benefit plan parameters are properly configured according to the plans purchased by the employer.
  • For Episode Advantage Inside deals, coordinate plan configuration with partner health plans and TPAs where Oxbridge Health's Episode benefit is administered on their platforms.
  • Ensure seamless registration on member portal.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in health insurance, third-party administration (TPA), employee benefits, healthcare operations or implementation
  • Experience onboarding employer groups directly, and/or implementing benefit plans in partnership with health plans or TPAs, preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of health benefit plan structures (PPO, self-funded, level funded, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating eligibility files and enrollment data
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Ability to manage implementations across both direct (employer) and indirect (health plan/TPA) sales channels
