Work You'll Do 

As a Manager, Flexible Consumption Billing Implementation, you will be responsible for:

  • Working on integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from strategy formulation through to design, development and the deployment of solutions.
  • Bringing considerable billing management expertise to help design, develop and implement subscription billing solutions to transform client's billing processes.
  • Interacting daily with key business and IT executives
  • Leading multiple teams in various strategy and implementation activities.
  • Providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues
  • Determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
  • Evaluating and validate analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
  • Implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.

The successful Manager you will possess:

  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate complex system concepts to a business audience in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to facilitate clients' most complex business requirements
  • Knowledge of basic accounting policies, and implications
  • Experience identifying creative solutions within configurable cloud systems or within boundary applications where customization is required
  • Leadership - proven ability to lead complex engagements, both business and technical, including multiple dependencies and integration points
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Qualifications

Required: 

  • 5+ years experience in subscription billing within consulting or industry, specifically focused on delivering cloud-based subscription billing solutions
  • 5+ years experience with end-to-end implementations of Subscription Billing solutions (e.g. Zuora Billing, Oracle NetSuite, SAP BRIM)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • A Bachelor's degree

Preferred: 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing or optimizing lead-to-cash and record-to-report processes and end-to-end architectures.
  • 4+ years of direct experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Design, Build, Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Support.
  • 4+ years of practical experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver technology or business solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience conducting architecture assessments and developing implementation roadmaps for subscription billing solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience designing and configuring cloud or SaaS-based billing solutions in complex, multi-entity environments.
  • 3+ years of experience designing integrations with upstream systems (such as Ordering, Provisioning) and downstream ERP applications (such as General Ledger)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing teams of 5 or more people, including responsibility for performance, deliverables, and team development.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 - $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
