We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home); this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters.

The Technology Implementation Manager for the Automotive Solutions Group is a technical leader responsible for the design, strategy, and implementation of large-scale initiatives across both new and existing projects. This customer-facing role collaborates closely with clients and internal teams, including design, technology operations, and development - to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet business and technical objectives. The position requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide complex projects from concept through execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with customers to gather and define project requirements, including data capabilities, website functionality, reporting needs, and processing workflows
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Lead technical client strategy meetings and account reviews to drive continuous improvement
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution documentation
  • Consult on Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders (COs), including drafting requirements, gathering estimates from development and operation teams, and managing due dates
  • Define and implement complex technology solutions in partnership with technology operations and development teams
  • Manage project scope and expectations with internal and external stakeholders throughout definition, development, and delivery phases
  • Create and maintain project plans, technical timelines, and road maps
  • Lead contingency planning, risk management, and scope management for technical initiatives
  • Facilitate key meetings such as standups, retrospectives, refinements, and release reviews
  • Serve as the primary contact for technical support and issue resolution
  • Review design materials with development teams and stakeholders; coordinate with creative teams for design creation and updates
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with Quality Analysts and operations teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Support release planning and validate production sites and data during deployments
  • Initiate creation and monitor maintenance of operations documentation. Facilitating training, onboarding, and cross training of operational team members
  • Manage project tasks and workflows using Jira

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences
  • Deep technical knowledge and an understanding of how technology can solve business problems
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Proficiency with Jira for task and workflow management

Education/Experience Required

  • BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of business and project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to customers and leading meetings
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
