Position Description:

The Clinical Product Implementation Specialist reports to the Director of Implementations. The Clinical Product Implementation Specialist will provide clinical oversight and guidance on sales support, client launch, marketing content support and clinical education for the eHealth Technologies’ Operational Team along with managing the implementation of new customers. The goal is to create and sustain clinical specialization, education and credibility in the market.

The person chosen for this opportunity will have experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, technical, team-oriented work environment that is guided by and upholds company core values.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Work with key customers to understand medical records needs in conjunction with Clinical Optimization Director.
  2. Work with Operations Teams to ensure that customer’s medical records needs are being met.
  3. Train on Medical Records Tests, Procedures and Terminology.
  4. Creation of Specialty specific Record Templates, Keywords and Record Categories
  5. Successfully manage projects for customer launches from kick-off to transition to Customer Success.
  6. Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key customer personnel, Including management, executive and clinical staff.
  7. Assist in understanding current customer workflow while establishing the best fit for eHealth products.
  8. Continuously increases knowledge of new developments within the assigned market to perform as a subject matter expert.
  9. Mitigate critical situations between the customer and eHealth.
  10. Maintain consistent messaging with all corporate strategies.
  11. Conduct ongoing customer trainings and optimizations.
  12. Configure and setup new customers.
  13. Update settings for existing customers upon request.
  14. Provide clinical input in the deployment of new products to clients.
  15. Act as a clinical and product consultant for the Sales Team.
  16. Provide market insight and specialty content to Director of Marketing
  17. Assist with the development of new products via Voice of Customer and User Group Discussions
  18. Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value (ROI) delivered.
  19. Maintain action registers of all customer needs.
  20. Maintain working knowledge of all necessary platforms (SalesForce, Jira, Trello, etc)
  21. Willingness and ability to travel 35%

1. Following eHealth Technologies’ information privacy and security policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, appendices, attachments, etc.

2. Accessing, using, and disclosing only the minimum necessary covered information that is needed for job responsibilities, or otherwise allowed by law.

3. Safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of covered information at all times, whether or not on duty.

Requirements:

1. Associates degree in related field minimum.

2. Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience in a clinical discipline, preferably in a discipline that requires exposure and understanding within multiple clinical areas such as OR, ICU, Therapies, and medical/surgical patient areas for adult, pediatric and neonatal patient populations.

3. Demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one to formal large group situations.

4. Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.

5. Experience with Electronic Medical Records.

6. Proficiency with Copilot or alternate AI Engines.

7. Proficiency with computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9. Ability to retain intimate understanding of eHealth Technologies business.

10. Ability to interact and cooperate with all employees.

11. Must be experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and able to deal well with change and ambiguity

12. Exercises good judgment and utilizes creative problem solving skills

Key Relationships:

1. Directly supervised by the Director of Implementation.

2. Interacts regularly with eHealth Technologies staff, customers, vendors, and community members.

Essential Functions:

1. Physical Requirements: Extended periods of time typing, data entry, sitting, read, writing. Lifting up to 20 lbs.

2. Mental Requirements include: General, Visual, and Numerical Intelligence. Analytical skills.

3. As eHealth Technologies’ workforce is currently teleworking remotely from home, it is a requirement of the position that employees have the following minimum requirements available in their home network, including a modem and router with:

a. Ethernet ports wired for gigabit speed connections.

b. Must achieve minimum speeds of 100MBPS for download and 10MBPS for upload, Availability of at least two (2) Ethernet connections to the internet source is required (for your PC and phone)

c. Modem or router should either be in the same room as the workspace or must have an Ethernet cord long enough to reach the workspace to meet this requirement.

Work requires willingness to occasionally work a flexible schedule.

Required to be available during regular business hours, evenings and/or weekends on occasion as needed to provide support and assistance.
