Position: Technology Implementation Consultant
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support CRIMS/OMS customizations and technical solutions
  • Design and manage integrations using APIs, web services, ETL tools, and messaging platforms
  • Perform data transformations using XML/XSLT and database technologies
  • Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, scheduling processes, and dependencies
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across applications, integration, and data layers
  • Collaborate with functional teams to support end-to-end upgrade delivery
 

Required Skills

  • Consulting Mindset & Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, problem-solving, strong communication skills with ability to manage client expectations in fast-paced environments.
  • Technical Foundation: Proficient in Java OR C#, XML/XSLT, and database technologies (MS SQL Server) .
  • Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, ETL tools (Kettle/Talend), and messaging platforms like (MQ, Kafka).
  • CRIMS/OMS Domain Experience: Prior experience with Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or OMS implementations, including exposure to trading workflows and investment management operations.
  • Batch Processing & Scheduling: Experience with job scheduling and batch processing tools such as Tidal, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management.
