  • Configure VPN, MFA, email, printers, mapped drives, and network access.

3. Quality Control & Standardization

  • Follow MSP standard operating procedures (SOPs) for deployments.
  • Perform pre-deployment checklists and system validation.
  • Ensure devices meet client cybersecurity requirements.
  • Test connectivity, performance, and application functionality before shipment or on-site installation.

4. On-Site & Remote Deployment

  • Deliver and install equipment at client locations.
  • Provide white-glove onboarding support to end users.
  • Set up workstations neatly for end users, walking them through any new hardware.
  • Coordinate with end users or POC to minimize downtime.

5. Documentation & Communication

  • Update tickets and project tasks in PSA and documentation platforms.
  • Document client environment changes thoroughly.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and licensing documentation.
  • Escalate issues to team leaders when needed.
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines and expectations.
What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years experience in an MSP or multi-client IT environment preferred.
