Job description

Position Summary
The IT Transformation Intern supports enterprise technology initiatives by helping integrate change management practices into IT implementation projects, including communications, training, documentation, and user adoption activities.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual interested in technology transformation, project delivery, organizational design, and the application of AI tools to enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Change Management & User Adoption Support
  • Assist in identifying impacted stakeholders, business processes, and user groups for IT implementations
  • Support development of change management deliverables including:
    • Communication plans
    • Training materials and user guides
    • SOPs and process documentation
2. IT Implementation & Project Support
  • Assist project teams with planning, documentation, and coordination of IT implementation activities
  • Participate in requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and testing activities
  • Document current-state and future-state processes using structured frameworks
  • Support development of process maps, workflows, and business process documentation
3. AI & Innovation Enablement
  • Explore and apply AI tools and platforms to improve project deliverables (e.g., drafting communications, generating documentation, analyzing data)
  • Support pilot use cases for AI-driven transformation opportunities
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and AI
Qualifications
Required
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
    • Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
  • Interest in:
    • IT systems implementation
    • Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
