Your Role...
As the Customer Success & Delivery Consultant for Propellint, a ReSource Pro company, you will be responsible for owning and driving complex insurance technology and transformation initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. The Consultant defines solution strategies, leads cross-functional delivery, and partners with senior client leadership to shape outcomes, establish best practices, and ensure scalable, business-aligned implementations for Propellint clients.

In this role, you will...
  • Lead business analysis strategy across large-scale transformation programs, facilitating senior stakeholder workshops to turn client requests into maintainable, best-practice solutions.
  • Establish requirements governance, including traceability, prioritization, and change management, and translate business needs into scalable solution designs aligned with client strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across insurance domains (policy, claims, billing, underwriting), driving scope decisions and mentoring team members on analysis best practices.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex implementations, establishing governance models and leading cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee solution configuration and integration, lead defect triage and root-cause investigation, and direct system testing, UAT, and production readiness.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, serve as the primary escalation point for complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement through delivery metrics and retrospectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior and executive client stakeholders, leading executive-level communications and shaping long-term transformation roadmaps.
  • Translate technical and operational initiatives into clear business value, building long-term client relationships that support repeat and expanded engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor who pushes back on requests that compromise maintainability, and lead value-realization efforts that deliver measurable business benefits.
  • Act as a senior subject matter expert in P&C insurance platforms, guiding solution design and workflow configuration.
  • Ensure system configurations reflect operational workflows and compliance requirements, and recommend data and analytics strategies that enable actionable insights.

What You Need to be Successful...
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • CPCU, AIC, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or a similar insurance or analysis credential preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, insurance operations, or technology implementation, with hands-on insurance operations experience (claims, underwriting, policy, billing).
  • Proven experience leading complex system implementations.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products, processes, and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Expert-level business analysis and requirements leadership, with a deep understanding of insurance operations and the ability to translate them into automated system workflows.
  • Strong client advisory, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; able to act as the technical bridge between developers and business stakeholders without requiring coding expertise.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical, structured problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives independently and translate strategy into measurable results.

Your Compensation...
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $80,632 - $136,397 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
