Job Summary:
Agilysys is a leading provider of hospitality technology software solutions and services. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful installation, configuration, and training of Agilysys software and hardware solutions at client sites, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support onsite implementation of Agilysys software and hardware solutions, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
โ€ข Partner with Project Management to understand customer requirements and assist in designing system configurations that optimize operational efficiency.
โ€ข Assist in managing project scope, ensuring documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with project deliverables and timelines.
โ€ข Identify and communicate project risks, working with project teams to support mitigation strategies and escalation processes.
โ€ข Gather and assess site readiness requirements, providing recommendations to ensure successful installations.
โ€ข Coordinate with integration teams to ensure interfaces and system components are properly scheduled, tested, and deployed.
โ€ข Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end users, ensuring effective system adoption.
โ€ข Provide on-site and remote support during go-live, assisting users and troubleshooting operational issues.
