Our Technology Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and administration of Accounts Receivables systems. This role ensures the systems are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities
You Will . . .
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain Accounts Receivables systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Implementation: Coordinate the deployment of new Accounts Receivables software and upgrades, including planning, testing, and training.
  • Support: Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.
  • Data Management: Ensure the integrity and security of data within the Accounts Receivables systems.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  • Compliance: Ensure systems comply with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance and IT departments to align system capabilities with business needs.
