Position: Implementation Manager - American Football
Job Location: 3625 Cumberland Boulevard SE, Atlanta, GA 30339
Duties: Manage hardware installation, maintenance and service delivery to the customer (National Football League, United Football League/FOX); Design hardware systems for video replay and video processing including network (switches, firewalls, network interface cards), server specifications and power; Manage and report on project budget and WIP (work-in-progress) including hardware procurement and related shipping, travel and expenses; Lead process and resources to troubleshoot IT systems such as signal flows through copper and fiber optic cabling and connections, and mechanical systems such as camera mounts; Oversee and mentor a team of full-time and contract workers including technical training; Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to ensure deadlines are met and all customer deliverables are achieved; Conduct regular reviews of logistics, RMA and procurement procedures to create efficiencies in both time and cost; Chair weekly meetings internally and externally to ensure clear communication lines across all parties and levels; Direct as many as thirty-six concurrent stadium installations domestically and internationally; Optimize resources and liaise with departments across business units and countries to improve client delivery.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of experience in video signal flow, computing hardware, camera hardware, networking or related experience.
Skills required: Must have experience with: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings; Applying sport specific knowledge about the NFL in developing and supporting technology solutions; Camera hardware, build and troubleshooting; Installation and operation of technical services at live events; Defining Windows server and networking specifications and builds, including setting up and configuring network adapters and switches; Implementing video replay systems and processes; Mechanical installation of cameras, lenses and cabling for tracking video processing; Project budgeting; Managing staff and resources, including talent acquisition and training; Working with broadcast technology and troubleshooting signal flows; Providing technical support on proprietary software; Operating and providing development feedback on sport specific software; Conducting research and experimentation to identify best practices and ideal design outcomes. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
The base pay range for this position is $98,935 to $101,834. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
