The Job:

As a Implementation Specialist, you'll be part of our Cribmaster team working as an on-site employee.You'll get to:

  • Prepares all software and hardware to be used for customer site installation, including, but not limited to:
    • Ensure all configurations of machines are correct
    • Ensure all data has been imported and cleaned
  • Acts as the client's technical advocate within the company; promotes thoughts and ideas that contribute toward a more efficient and productive implementation of CribMaster products
  • Understands various deployment options of CribMaster products and ensures these are utilized to fulfill client workflows and needs
  • Completes detailed checklists and follows detailed procedures
  • Prepares training curriculum to match client needs and provides product training for clients
  • Develops custom documentation to match clients' processes
  • Develops solutions and educates clients in various stages of product implementation
  • Assists with preparing formal project plans for clients

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years related work experience
  • Strong Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking Basics and ability to teach IT and Software techniques and features
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory management is a PLUS.
  • Fundamental understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server and Familiarity with Database Reporting software such as Crystal Reports.
  • Experience and knowledge of UHF Gen2 Passive RFID Technology is a PLUS
  • Solid understanding and use of Microsoft Excel to analyze and manipulate data
