Your Role...

Supportive Insurance Services, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking aย Customer Experience Associate toย provide front-line customer service support to ReSource Pro Compliance customers by processing tasks related to insurance regulatory compliance, client intake and/or sales support, responding to customer requests over phone and email. Work completed directly impacts trust and partnership with the client.ย

*This position is a hybrid role and all candidates must reside within driving distance to our Vincennes, IN office.

In This Role, You Will...

  • Receive and handle customer inquiries via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and/or chat;ย  a nswering questions professionally and assistingย customers by completing a task or process for them

  • Follows establis hes processes and procedures to complete routine regulatory compliance

  • Client intake and/or sales support tasks in a timely manner on behalf of the client. This may include gathering and verifying client information, inputting information into a variety of Compliance and/ or State web-based systems and forms and completeย related reports.

  • Processing and tracking applications

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers

What You Need to Be Successful...

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of customer service experienceย 

  • 1-2ย years of officeย experience preferred

  • Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred

  • Licensingย experience preferred but not required

  • Customer-centric mindset;ย enjoyย providing a service and solving customer problems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Process-focused and detail oriented;ย committed to accurate documentationย 

  • Computer knowledge and proficiency with MS 365โ€“ able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems

Your Compensation...

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a hybrid position out of our office in Vincennes, IN and the salary range for this location and role is $11.25 - $23.94 per hour. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.ย
