  • Configure organizational structures, permissions, forms, workflows, and cycles.
  • Recommend standard functionality and implementation best practices when appropriate.
  • Partner with technical resources on integrations, data requirements, SSO, APIs, and related dependencies.
  • Coordinate testing, configuration validation, issue resolution, training, and launch readiness.
  • Lead administrator, manager, and end-user training as appropriate.
  • Coordinate go-live activities and transition clients to the appropriate post-implementation team.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and technical teams throughout implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, standards, and the overall client experience.
  • Share recurring client feedback and requirements with internal teams.

This role is remote and may include occasional opportunities for in-person collaboration. No supervisory responsibilities were specified.

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, client services, consulting, SaaS operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing client-facing software implementations from kickoff through go-live.
  • Experience with HR technology, talent management, employee experience, or related SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Strong project management, client communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and/or training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common business productivity tools.
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

What They Offer

  • Compensation range of $85,000 to $90,000.
  • Time to recharge: Paid time off including vacation, sick time, company holidays, and floating holidays
  • Work-from-home flexibility: The flexibility and convenience of remote work
