  • Lead discovery, fit/gap analysis, and solution planning to align client needs with product capabilities and best practices.
  • Advise clients on product configuration and usage to drive value and adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver milestones on time and ensure successful implementations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Perform or oversee technical implementation tasks, including data feed onboarding, SQL-based analysis, data validation, system configuration, and product fit/gap support.
  • Develop training and reference materials to support onboarding and client handoff.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to guide clients and support solution delivery.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and day-to-day collaboration to Project Coordinators supporting implementation workstreams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or related client-facing delivery roles, preferably in Saa, data, analytics or financial services environments.
  • Experience leading client-facing implementation or onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate competing priorities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, solve problems, and drive decisions forward.
  • Understanding of data management principles, including ETL, schemas, data structures, and basic data transformation.
  • Working proficiency in SQL and ability to analyze structured data for validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, including global colleagues.
  • Demonstrated understanding of generative AI tools and how they can be applied to improve implementation efficiency, communication, risk awareness, and collaboration across teams.

Salary range $75,000.00- $90,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
