Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Implementation Managers and Configuration Specialists to ensure alignment on requirements, expectations, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Client Support, and Strategic Accounts teams when project issues or escalations arise.
  • Partner with Sales during RFP responses and late‑stage opportunities to ensure alignment on scope, implementation approach, and project timelines.
  • Participate in internal process improvements related to project management, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
Customer Engagement & Onsite Facilitation
  • Lead customer workshops, requirement alignment sessions, and governance meetings as needed.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for kickoff meetings, discovery, or critical project milestones.

  • 10+ years of overall business experience, including at least 5 years leading complex, enterprise‑level SaaS implementation projects.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies, governance structures, and risk frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive‑level written and verbal communication.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand software capabilities and translate them into project plans, timelines, and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions, including Product, Sales, Leadership, Development, and Data Operations, to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and implementation strategy.
  • High accountability, ownership mentality, and a track record of driving teams to meet commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with state or local government agencies.
  • Familiarity with housing, community development, or grant‑funded programs (HUD, HCD, DR, etc.).
