Senior Director – SaaS Sales Operations & Strategy

Location: USA – Long Beach, CA (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)

Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: USD 195,000 – 250,000 (plus benefits)

Job Overview: Seeking an expert in sales operations to lead, optimize, and scale direct SaaS sales performance across the U.S. market. The role drives strategy, analytics, process excellence, and collaboration to deliver sustained revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic planning and execution for direct SaaS sales organization.
  • Manage forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline analysis.
  • Oversee CRM (Salesforce) and data integrity for sales reporting.
  • Implement sales enablement tools and standardize dashboards.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify efficiency improvements, and report insights.
