We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director with a proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing B2B Enterprise SaaS sales organizations. You will be responsible for driving predictable revenue growth, developing sales strategy, and leading our entire customer-facing sales organization—including Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, Account Executives, Sales Engineering, and Post-Sales Technical Support—for our cloud-hosted SaaS and mobile solutions serving enterprise customers worldwide. This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the company's sales strategy, expand market presence, and build a world-class revenue organization.

This is a Remote Work-from-Home full-time position.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire B2B Enterprise SaaS sales organization, including Lead Generation, SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Post-Sales Technical Support
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive predictable revenue growth, enterprise customer acquisition, and long-term account expansion
  • Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring healthy lead generation, qualification, forecasting accuracy, and consistent conversion through the sales cycle
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize team performance, sales productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee enterprise product demonstrations, technical evaluations, proposals, RFIs, and RFPs to ensure professional, timely, and competitive customer engagements
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial prospect engagement through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing technical support
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and demand generation, and with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and market requirements
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing sales and customer-facing professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze pipeline, revenue, competitive trends, and customer metrics to identify growth opportunities and provide accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable accredited university (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B Enterprise SaaS or cloud software sales experience, including at least 5 years leading high-performing sales organizations
  • Proven track record of consistently growing revenue and exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise sales environments
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling teams of SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success or Technical Support professionals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, recruiting, and performance management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams
  • Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles, strategic accounts, pipeline forecasting, CRM, and sales analytics
  • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to drive customer acquisition and retention
