About the Role
As a Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations, you will lead complex, customer-facing SaaS implementation projects for enterprise customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of coordination and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle, partnering closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.
You will manage high-impact implementation projects that require exceptional communication, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and organizational skills. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive accountability across multiple teams, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within scope.
As part of a cross-functional delivery organization, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Operations, and customer teams to ensure seamless implementation experiences and measurable customer value.
What You'll Do
Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from project kickoff through deployment and project closure.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and success measures.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met and implementation objectives remain on track.
  • Facilitate project governance activities including stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and decision-making forums.
  • Partner with customers to establish implementation strategies that align technology delivery with business objectives.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Provide clear, proactive communication regarding project status, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Guide customers through complex implementation journeys, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
  • Facilitate alignment across customer teams, technical stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Risk Management & Problem Resolution
  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Escalate concerns appropriately while maintaining focus on customer outcomes and project success.
  • Resolve complex project challenges involving competing priorities, resource constraints, or changing business requirements.
  • Maintain project momentum and accountability in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Operational Excellence
  • Leverage project management best practices and implementation methodologies to drive consistent delivery outcomes.
  • Conduct retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve future project execution.
  • Utilize project management, reporting, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and visibility.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, technology deployments, digital transformation initiatives, or complex customer-facing projects.
  • Proven experience delivering software implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and technical teams.
  • Experience managing external customer-facing projects and serving as the primary project lead throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Strong project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise software or SaaS implementations.
  • Experience working with large, complex customers requiring coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of systems integration, data migration, change management, and implementation methodologies.
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled project management, reporting, forecasting, or analytics tools.
