We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative

Remote | Full-Time | Base Salary $60,000 - $70,000 | Commission Incentiveย ย

Input 1 is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our outbound efforts and create new opportunities with insurance agents and decision-makers. Youโ€™ll be the first line of contactโ€”setting the tone, opening doors, and driving growth.

This is a remote position, but you must be based in the Western U.S. or able to work Pacific Time hours.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Make 150+ outbound calls & send 150+ emails weekly

  • Qualify leads and set 8+ meetings per month

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine contact strategy

  • Use tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage outreach

  • Stay sharp on industry trends & product knowledge

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication skills + proactive attitude

  • Sales experience (SDR, AE, inside salesโ€”bonus if in insurance)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools

  • Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus!
