Role Overview:
A Sales Development Representative at Aurio drives revenue growth by researching, identifying, and actively prospecting healthcare providers, pharmacies, and clinics to build a robust sales pipeline. In this role, representatives will execute high-volume outbound campaigns, master Aurio's diverse business solutions, and collaborate closely with leadership and Account Executives to drive qualified appointments, accelerate client growth, and successfully close new opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Grow and expand new accounts by researching, identifying, and compiling target prospects across provider offices, pharmacies, clinics, and medical facilities to build a qualified pipeline.
  • Master Aurio's business solutions, industry trends, and best practices to position yourself as a trusted expert.
  • Collaborate with managers and directors to strategize, execute outreach plans, and optimize campaigns.
  • Execute daily outbound calls to qualify potential prospects and evaluate account eligibility.
  • Support multiple client campaigns, successfully balancing priorities while meeting performance expectations, handling objections, and delivering persuasive messaging to drive urgency and close deals.
  • Schedule appointments at target pharmacies, clinics, and physician practices.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly outreach activity, call volume, and established KPI metrics.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Account Executives and sales leadership to ensure seamless handoffs and successful prospect meetings.
  • Build, maintain, and retain successful client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and deliver tailored, value-driven presentations that align with client objectives,
  • Own a real pipeline - inbound and outbound - across multiple client campaigns
  • Grow accounts: find new buyers, upsell, and close new opportunities
  • Maintain data consistency within the CRM and all other systems.
  • Represent the Aurio brand with professionalism, clarity, and energy across all communication channels.

Role Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Zoom, and understanding of CRM/ATS systems.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales; or Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Biomed, or Life Sciences preferred.
