Sales Development Rep
Initio Capital is scaling its sales organization and hiring 10+ Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support multiple high-growth business lines across capital advisory, private funding, and AI-powered growth systems.
This is a high-upside, performance-driven role built for ambitious sellers who want modern tools, flexible work, and a clear path into closing and leadership roles.
💼 The Opportunity
As an SDR at Initio Capital, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities by engaging founders, operators, and decision-makers. You’ll book high-quality meetings for senior closers while learning how complex, high-value solutions are sold.
You won’t be tied to one product. You’ll sell across multiple offerings, giving you more surface area to win and higher earning potential.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage founders and executives via outbound & inbound channels
Run AI-powered outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, CRM sequences)
Qualify leads against defined ICP and revenue criteria
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives / Closers
Learn Initio’s capital, growth, and advisory offerings
Maintain clean CRM data and pipeline visibility
💰 Compensation & Earnings
Hybrid base + uncapped commissions
OTE: $7,500+/month
No cap on commissions for top performers
