Job description

Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (In-Office)
Company: Forix / Your Local Web Pros

About Us

Your Local Web Pros helps small businesses compete online with affordable, professional websites designed to generate leads, build trust, and help businesses grow.

Many local service businesses know they need a better website but assume professional web design is out of reach financially. Our mission is to change that. We make it easy and affordable for business owners to get a modern, high-performing website without the complexity, cost, or long timelines traditionally associated with website projects.

We work with contractors, home service providers, local professionals, and other small businesses that want a stronger online presence and more customer opportunities.

As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to connect with interested business owners and help them take the next step toward improving their online presence.

Position Overview

This is an in-office position based in Beaverton, Oregon.

You'll work directly with inbound leads generated through our marketing campaigns, website inquiries, referrals, and advertising efforts. These are business owners who have already expressed interest in learning more about our website services.

Your role is to engage prospects, understand their business goals, educate them on our solutions, and schedule qualified website demo appointments with our sales team.

This is not a high-pressure cold-calling role. Instead, you'll serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand how an affordable, professionally built website can help attract more customers and grow their business.

What You'll Do

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from website forms, phone calls, advertising campaigns, and referrals
  • Contact prospects through phone, email, SMS, and follow-up sequences
  • Learn about each business's goals, challenges, and current online presence
  • Educate prospects on the importance of a professional website and digital credibility
  • Explain our affordable website solutions in a clear, confident, and professional manner
  • Build trust and rapport with small business owners and decision-makers
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule website demo appointments
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead activity notes
  • Follow up consistently with leads who are not yet ready to move forward
  • Meet and exceed appointment-setting and lead conversion goals
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and customer experience

Who You Are

  • Friendly, energetic, and confident speaking with business owners
  • Naturally curious and skilled at asking questions
  • Professional and articulate on the phone
  • Organized with strong follow-up habits
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives
  • Positive, resilient, and comfortable handling objections
  • Interested in technology, marketing, and helping small businesses succeed
  • Comfortable learning basic concepts related to websites, SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, call center, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone presence
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in-office in Beaverton, Oregon
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inbound sales or lead qualification
  • Experience working with small business customers
  • Familiarity with websites, digital marketing, SEO, or online advertising
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • Previous experience in appointment setting or inside sales

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Additional incentives tied to qualified appointments and sales outcomes
  • Paid training and ongoing coaching
  • Career advancement opportunities within sales and account management
  • Professional, team-oriented work environment

Why Join Us?

  • Work with warm inbound leads rather than spending your day cold calling
  • Help small businesses improve their online presence and attract more customers
  • Gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and technology
  • Learn from an experienced digital team
  • Join a growing company with long-term career opportunities
  • Be part of a mission-driven organization that helps local businesses succeed

If you're a motivated communicator who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating opportunities for small businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
