Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Administer and support assigned Workday functional areas through configuration maintenance, business process support, security administration, reporting, and enhancements.

  • Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for Workday and HR system issues, completing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution, and appropriate escalation.

  • Gather and document business requirements, evaluate system capabilities, identify process improvements, and help implement approved solutions.

  • Develop and validate reports, dashboards, audits, and data quality reviews that support operations, compliance, and informed decision-making.

  • Coordinate testing for system enhancements, releases, integrations, and defect resolutions, documenting results and validating outcomes before deployment.

  • Create and maintain clear process, configuration, testing, and support documentation that strengthens governance, continuity, and knowledge sharing.

  • Contribute to cross-functional HR technology initiatives and provide backup support across assigned Workday areas.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least three years of progressive experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, HCM, or related systems.

  • At least two years of hands-on experience with Workday or a comparable HCM platform, supporting one or more functional areas.

  • Experience with system configuration, business processes, reporting, testing, security administration, data validation, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Experience gathering requirements, troubleshooting functional issues, supporting process improvements, and documenting solutions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder support skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while protecting data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
