  • Create, structure, and facilitate a Community of Practice focused on AI applied to HR in order to share use cases, establish best practices, support responsible adoption, and foster capability building across HR teams.

Projects, Implementation and Functional Coordination

  • Participate in projects involving the implementation, optimization, or replacement of HR solutions, from the analysis phase through go-live.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and IT teams to ensure alignment between solutions, business needs, security requirements, and operational constraints.
  • Contribute to the analysis of vendor solutions and proposals, including demonstrations, implementation assumptions, risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts.
Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR transformation, business analysis, or HR project management.
  • Significant experience in a multi-site environment, ideally within a manufacturing or operational setting.
  • Experience with Core HR, payroll, time and attendance systems, or HCM platforms.
  • Experience participating in HR solution implementation, optimization, or selection projects.
