We are looking for a motivated and dependable Material Handler to join our Shipping & Receiving team. This role plays a key part in supporting production flow, inventory control, and shipping operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

This position is currently open and reflects a replacement position due to an internal transfer, promotion, or departure.

The salary range for this position is $21-$23 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.


When your actions lead to success:

  • Receive, move, and store raw materials and finished goods to support production flow
  • Safely operate counterbalance and reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
  • Supply packing and warehouse teams with materials and assist with product preparation for shipmen
  • Operate power tools and equipment, including chop saws, pneumatic nail guns, and measuring devices
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures

When your expertise drives us:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience
  • Valid forklift certification in good standing
  • Experience operating counterbalance and reach trucks
  • Knowledge of shipping preparation and truck delivery procedures
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted
