  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map current-state processes and define future-state processes using a process improvement framework.
  • Effectively communicate and translate complex concepts, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of stakeholders, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
  • Lead or participate in ERP-related process improvement projects from initial concept through implementation and post-deployment follow-up.
  • Apply change management and project management methodologies to lead or support the implementation of sustainable organizational changes.
  • Optimize business models, processes, and ways of working to improve efficiency and enhance user adoption of the ERP solution.
  • Advocate for and promote organizational change when it supports the achievement of strategic objectives and improves both employee and customer experiences.
  • Conduct or support cost-benefit analyses.
  • Develop creative business solutions related to projects and provide practical, actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development of documentation related to process improvement initiatives, including tools, templates, training materials, analyses, and other supporting resources.

What we are looking for to deliver these results:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required (science, technology, engineering, business administration, or information technology).
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in ERP process continuous improvement required, preferably with SAP (S/4HANA).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in business functions, specifically Sales and Distribution.

A role for those who want to make a real impact and contribute to measurable and sustainable results.
