In this role, you will:Â
- This is a senior, hands on delivery role requiring deep OCM experience and strong familiarity with Finance organizations. Core Responsibilities Change ManagementÂ
- Validate and document regional change impactsÂ
- Identify and confirm regional stakeholder groupsÂ
- Conduct change readiness and adoption assessmentsÂ
- Partner with regional teams to execute mitigation plans based on assessment results CommunicationsÂ
- Regionalize the global Communications & Change Management planÂ
- Partner with global and regional teams to execute communications and engagement sessionsÂ
- Manage sender alignment, distribution lists, and message deploymentÂ
- Identify opportunities to coordinate Finance Integration communications for a cohesive associate experience TrainingÂ
- Regionalize training strategy, plans, and contentÂ
- Align on training approach for BPOs (may vary by region)Â
- Identify and mitigate gaps in global content or approachÂ
- Coordinate training execution (scheduling, trainer coordination, invites, attendance tracking)Â
- Measure and report on training effectiveness Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementÂ
- Partner closely with the Regional Finance Integration Lead and teamÂ
- Support updates to CFO and senior leadership, as appropriateÂ
- Collaborate with Regional & Accelerator Change/Comms teams supporting all functions in region
Who You Are:Â
- 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, including large scale transformationÂ
- Strong experience supporting Finance organizations or Finance related programsÂ
- Proven ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders across complex, matrixed environmentsÂ
- Experience working in global or multi region transformations preferred
