The Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter will support full life cycle recruiting efforts with a hands-on, execution-focused approach. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with solid recruiting fundamentals and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to drive day-to-day recruitment activity and help maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to support data-driven decision making

  • Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding employment

  • Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure pre-onboarding activities are completed on time

What You\'ll Bring to Our Team
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2โ€“3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience

  • Direct sourcing experience for active and passive talent

  • Demonstrated ability to manage requisitions independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday ATS experience a plus

  • Familiarity with recruiting for large CPG or other manufacturing organizations.
