Talent Sourcer / Recruiting Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer / Recruiting Associate to join our growing recruiting team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and recruiting platforms. The ideal candidate has prior recruiting or sourcing experience, strong communication skills, and enjoys finding top talent for a variety of professional positions.
This opportunity can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate''''''''s availability and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Bullhorn ATS, and other recruiting tools.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify passive and active candidates.
- Review resumes and screen candidates against client requirements.
- Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Bullhorn ATS.
- Research companies, industries, and talent pools to support recruiting efforts.
- Partner with recruiters and account managers to deliver qualified candidates quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn ATS.
- Strong Boolean search skills and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience preferred.
- Experience working within a staffing agency environment.
- Experience sourcing for IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting/Finance, or Professional Services positions.
- Customer service, sales, HR, or business development experience is a plus.
