We are building a hungry, driven recruiting team and need someone who thrives on finding great talent and keeping the pipeline moving. As our Recruiting Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for future agency owners and staff, setting the tone for their entire candidate experience. Your job is to identify those individuals, guide them through the early stages, and fuel a high-quality recruiting pipeline that drives our district forward. Responsibilities
  • Source qualified candidates from various job board accounts, LinkedIn, and social media channels
  • Conduct phone pre-screen interviews to assess skills, interest, and fit
  • Schedule formal interviews with the District Recruiting Manager and prepare candidates for next steps
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline inside our CRM
  • Follow up consistently to keep candidates engaged and active
  • Keep clean notes and accurate status updates so nothing falls through
  • Help evolve our recruiting outreach, messaging, and engagement tactics

Requirements
  • Prior recruiting or sales experience preferred, but not required if you have the drive and can communicate well
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable learning software and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks at once without getting lost
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and with the team
  • Professional and responsive behavior with candidates
  • You show up, follow up, and keep momentum moving
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus but not required
