Front Desk / Administrative

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Reception Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, assisting at the front desk, answering, and directing phone calls, managing confidential documents, and providing administrative support. Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee lunch orders, maintaining schedules, and assisting with general office tasks to ensure a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Front Desk / Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Coordinate and manage daily lunch orders and related communications
  • File, organize, scan, and maintain confidential paper and electronic documents
  • Enter and update information in computer systems and databases
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks
  • Support office operations while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

Requirements for Front Desk / Administrative:
