Job description

Night Auditor
Location
We're looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts, processes invoices and prepares paychecks. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
MUST be able to work the Night Audit shift, which is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities
As a Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions and to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
  • Audit, post and balance daily cashier's work for outlets
  • Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
  • Attend appropriate training courses, when required
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
  • Follow company brand standards
  • Assist with overall cleanliness of hotel public spaces
  • The focus will always be to work on behalf of our Guests and fellow Team Members.
