Virtual Receptionist

MalOPlusâ„¢ Group Inc., provides Business Development services in the fields of Accounting, Administration and Marketing. Our goal is to help small and medium-sized businesses explore outsourcing solutions to minimize their administrative and operating costs. We also offer to home-based self-employed professionals, a network that provides contractual work.

MalOPlusâ„¢ Group Inc., is a collective of 3 companies operating under the MalOPlusâ„¢ Brand and a few other sister companies managing other Brands owned by MalOPlusâ„¢ Group Inc. This position is for one of these subdivisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients on the virtual reception console, the website or by email;
  • Answer incoming calls from de call center courteously and politely, note the telephone messages and determine clients' and colleague's needs in order to take the appropriate actions as requested;
  • Act as technical support for clients and colleagues (address their needs and inform the on the services offered by the enterprise);
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Project Managers;
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments;
  • Assist in daily operations for enterprise effectiveness;
  • Manage and update documents;
  • Carry out any other tasks considered pertinent by the Director of Operations or the Coordinator of Humans Ressources within the range of the post-holder's skills.
Qualifications
  • Present a professional image and excel in customer service;
  • Ability to interact with professionalism and adopt a positive attitude at all times towards clients, colleagues and superiors;
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and constructive problem-solving skills;
  • Organised, proactive, autonomous, good ability to set priorities and multitask;
  • Ability to learn and acquire new skills rapidly and to adapt to new challenges and situations;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Experience working remotely from home office;
  • Languages spoken and written: French and English (essential), Spanish or other languages (asset).
Additional Information

LOCATION Work from your Home-Office Can work from anywhere from Canada or USA, as long as we have openings in your area.

EDUCATION College, Finished Minimum 5 years Experience Training in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, is preferred.

REMUNERATION: Based on experience

SCHEDULE: Flexibles hours Part-Time (minimum 15hours per week) or Full-Time (40hours) Week-days, Evening & Week-end Shifts available
