Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist & Switchboard position supporting Adidas in New York, NY (435 Hudson St, 10014).

Position Details:

  • Contract Length: 3 months temp with potential for permanent hire
  • Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
  • Interview Type: Virtual
  • Dress Code: Casual (Clean, denim and t-shirts allowed; no competitor’s clothing/shoes)
  • Driving Required: No

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with conference room and event set-ups (chairs, tables, furniture).
  • Assist with office moves and fulfill facilities requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service at the reception desk and switchboard.
  • Coordinate with the On-Site Facilities Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Background in customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated with strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Able to lift moderate to heavy items (assistance available for heavier objects).
  • Comfortable with extended standing, walking, and moving furniture.
