Trinity Terrace is seeking a Transportation & Reception Associate to join our team.

Pay: $16.00+ / hr DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 10am - 6:30pm
What you'll be doing:
  • Champion PRS culture by living our Mission, Vision, and Core Values; actively participate in departmental training and create inviting, resident-focused experiences while engaging with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming residents, guests, and visitors; answering and directing phone calls; monitoring guest parking; coordinating transportation and security communications via radio; assisting with guest room check-ins; and contacting Security or Dining as needed to support community operations and resident needs.
  • Operate vehicle wheelchair lifts safely and professionally; assist residents in and out of vehicles, load and unload walkers and wheelchairs, and maintain clean, well-organized vehicle interiors.
  • Perform minor preventive maintenance and safety checks on community vehicles, including inspecting for damage or malfunctions, maintaining emergency supplies, and completing required pre-trip inspections.
  • Provide transportation for resident appointments, errands, outings, and events according to established guidelines, responding calmly and knowledgeably to emergencies and performing other duties as assigned.
