Radiology Scheduling/Reception Supervisor - Interventional Radiology

Job Description

Purpose & Scope:

The purpose of the Supervisor, Radiology Scheduling and Reception is to work and supervise the Radiology Scheduling / Reception Staff and operations under the guidance of the Manager of Radiology Scheduling and Reception. The Supervisor will maintain daily operations by effectively staffing and managing the workflow throughout the day. This position will aid the Manager with training staff, monitoring scheduler productivity, staff professionalism, and effective use of time.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Associate degree is preferred.

Experience:

Five years of experience in a business clinical setting is preferred.

Supervisory experience is preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

None.
