TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor/Manager the switchboard operator is responsible for answering all incoming calls and forwarding to the correct office or employee. Also assisting in the Mail Center by accurately sorting, posting and delivering mail in a corporate environment.

• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.

• Answer all incoming calls at the reception desk

• Forward all call to the correct office or employee

• Assist in the Mail center with sorting, posting and delivering mail

• Assist making copies for customers when needed

• Maintain time, volume and delivery records.

• Ensure the highest levels of customer care.

• Order office supplies, maintain inventory of supplies

• Provide backup for coworkers when not available

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, computers, and relevant software applications; excellent keyboarding skills

• Familiar with appropriate customer service principles and practices; must be customer service focused

• Professional personal presentation

• Strong organizational and planning skills; detail oriented

• Strong verbal and communication skills
