Job description

The Front Desk Reception role is integral to ensuring a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for visitors and callers. This position involves managing appointment schedules and handling incoming phone calls, supporting smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors promptly and courteously
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate calendars
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally and route them appropriately
  • Maintain Club cleanliness
  • Sell Memberships for additional Bonus Compensation

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
