Job description

Administrative Assistant

Daily administrative office duties including reception, calendar management, and assists with special projects as needed.

Essential Functions:

  1. Provide administrative support to management; create spreadsheets and presentations and assist with special projects as needed.
  2. Greet visitors courteously and promptly, determine their needs and directs them to appropriate individual.
  3. Monitor office supply inventories and place orders as requested by individuals.
  4. Accept and sign for packages and registered mail and notify recipient of their arrival.

Marginal Functions:

  1. Assist departments or managers as requested or assigned.

Job Specifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and pleasant, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office and software applications and accurate typing skills (35 wpm minimum).
  • High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Bilingual - Spanish Intermediate
