Job Title: Rebate Analyst

Location: Boro Park

Salary: $50Kโ€“$70K

Description:

We are seeking a responsible and organized Rebate Analyst to manage rebate processing and support daily office operations. This role involves handling incentives with utility companies and overseeing the full process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Collect client data and prepare submission packages for utility companies

- Coordinate and schedule inspections

- Maintain data sheets and ensure accurate documentation

- Manage rebate processes from Aโ€“Z within the office

- Provide general administrative and operational support

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Detail-oriented with an interest in numbers and data

- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, email)
