Help Support Customer Programs Through Data, Process Improvement, and Partner Collaboration

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about using data to improve business processes and customer programs? TECO Partners is looking for a Data Support Analyst to support rebate processing, commission administration, customer payment processing, invoice tracking, and KPI reporting.

In this role, you will work with internal teams, vendors, service providers, marketers, and external stakeholders to help ensure customer program data is accurate, rebate and commission processes run smoothly, and program reporting supports business decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, supporting customer programs, and improving processes across teams.

What You'll Do

As a Data Support Analyst, you will support the performance and profitability of TECO Partners programs, with a focus on rebate processing services, commission reporting, customer payments, invoice processing, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve customer program data

    • Monitor, document, and maintain data sources related to customer programs and services.
    • Identify, update, and resolve data discrepancies.
    • Ensure required data is accurately collected and aligned with project goals.
    • Support modifications and enhancements related to rebate processing services.
  • Administer sales commission processes

    • Use BI reports, ad hoc queries, and third-party marketer reports to support commission analysis.
    • Compile, summarize, and analyze commission information.
    • Support commission policy compliance, sales analysis, and internal and external audits.
  • Support vendor, supplier, and stakeholder relationships

    • Build and maintain business relationships with suppliers, vendors, utilities, business partners, and key stakeholders.
    • Support successful execution of rebate processing, sales programs, and marketing strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Analyze rebate and customer program performance

    • Develop, analyze, and report insights related to customer products, services, and program performance.
    • Audit and analyze rebate offerings for conservation efforts and revenue-generating customer programs.
    • Help ensure accuracy, integrity, and accountability in rebate processing.
  • Improve business processes and technology solutions

    • Identify opportunities to improve rebate processing, reporting, and customer program workflows.
    • Support implementation of technology improvements.
    • Communicate and assist with training related to process or system changes.
  • Resolve customer and billing issues

    • Investigate and help resolve customer concerns.
    • Research and correct billing inaccuracies or discrepancies.
    • Create and maintain documentation to support audit requirements.
  • Support purchasing, invoices, and vendor payments

    • Set up purchase orders and requisitions in SAP.
    • Track, organize, and store rebate-related purchase orders and invoices.
    • Support timely and accurate vendor payment processing.

Required Qualifications Education
  • Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution. 
Experience

Minimum of 3 years of related experience in market research, customer service, sales administration, or other related experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Infor CRM and PowerBi.

  • Knowledge and experience in tariff analysis and review. 

  • Knowledge and expertise in the areas of residential and commercial energy programs and services industry

  • Knowledge of utility rebate tracking and processing.

  • Knowledge of North American utility PGA and conservation measures.

  • Familiarity of gas and electric utility rebate programs, commercial kitchen appliances, lighting and HVAC equipment.
