What sales job pays the highest commission?

Commission Rebate Processing roles typically do not offer the highest commissions compared to sales positions in industries like real estate, software sales, or high-end luxury goods, where commissions can reach 20-50% of sales or more. High-earning sales jobs often require strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and sometimes certifications, with compensation heavily dependent on sales volume and deal size.

Success depends on workload, commission structure, and your ability to work consistently from home.

These roles require strong sales skills, networking, and sometimes licensing or certifications but not necessarily a college degree.
